Food is all made to order (no buffet) so it's fresh. The type of quality Chinese food used to be. All the sauces they serve in the restaurant are homemade. Every dish is made from scratch. Chicken balls are not frozen from a box. Egg rolls are hand made as well! Just overall a hard working family business that has been in Elmira for years
