I live in Kitchener since 3 years. My husband & I drive to Elmira from Kitchener every couple months to but good stuff from there. We always buy close to $200 each time. Every time we bought the summer sausage. Saturday April 18th, 2015 we decide this time to ask the lady to cut our summer sausage (because at home we can not do it nice like they do with the machine), she tells me that she can cut it only if I pay $1.5 for each pound of cut sausage. I was like : WHAT???? I guess this was the "Thank you" for shopping to our place. I am done with this place, sorry guys ... this is not at all customer service for somebody that buys regularly from you.
